After a company has been registered by the Registrar of Companies and company documents such as the Certificate of Incorporation, stamped CR14, CR6, CR2 and Memorandum and Articles of Association are out, you are required by law to submit your first annual return after 18 months from the date of your company’s registration. Thereafter, an annual return should be submitted to the Chief Registrar of Companies every twelve months.
